The new entity aims to integrate resources across the entire value chain—including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and services—to fast-track Dongfeng Motor's transformation in the era of electrification and smart mobility.

Dongfeng Motor stated that the founding of eπ Automotive Technology is a key initiative to consolidate its brand assets and strengthen competitiveness amid the sweeping shift toward electrification and intelligence in the automotive industry.

Dongfeng Motor's lineup of self-owned passenger vehicle brands now includes VOYAH, MHERO, Aeolus, and eπ. In May this year, Dongfeng Motor announced an expanded strategic partnership with Huawei, with plans to jointly develop a diversified portfolio of intelligent vehicles across its proprietary and joint-venture brands, tailored for different global market segments.
